The batches I walk alongside.

A tutor's job is the four-year arc: attendance, activity points, internships, the paperwork nobody warns you about. For each batch I build the small tools that make it run. If you are in one of these batches, your tools are below.

Activity Points
KTU 2024 scheme: 120 points, 40 from each group, 3 credits. Sign in, record every certificate as you earn it, watch the three group bars fill. I verify from the same place.

MOOC / NPTEL certificate portal
Seventy-three students, four years. The portal collected and consolidated every NPTEL and MOOC certificate for the batch's activity points and minor-degree records.

How a batch year runs / 03

Semester start: class committee, anti-ragging declarations, and the first activity-points talk. Mid-semester: attendance shortfalls and internal-mark checks on ETLab, parents in the loop early rather than late. Semester end: every student's Activity Points File is verified and the consolidated points go to the KTU portal.

The rule I keep repeating: collect proof the day you earn it. Nobody has ever regretted uploading a certificate the same evening.
